No, a windows program will only run on a windows server unless you
install a virtual machine on the linux server. Then you actually
install windows on the linux server.

If you are trying to run windows sofware, you can also use Windows
terminal services. LTSP and freenx can be used to connect to windows
terminal services. (WTS)

Yes, a terminal server, whether it is WTS or linux, runs multiple
instances of the software. WTS requires a lot of special licenses.

If you could find a linux alternative to the windows application, you
would be set and you could do without any of the windows headaches.
