While I know that you can use G4s as LTSP clients [ http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/CpuArchitectures#Power_PC_PPC ], you can also just use NetBoot [ http://images.apple.com/server/pdfs/NetBoot_TB_v10.4.pdf ] if you have an OS X Server license, a fast enough network and a powerful enough server. The former is better if your users just want normal linux/X-windows, but the latter is better if your users want to use the Mac interface. Both are better for systems maintenance...
