Does anyone know how I can save the messages that flash by on the workstation screen as it boots up? I only get to see the last few lines. I need all the clues I can get as I am finding it a challenge to get my sound cards and sound server working.
I have ltsp-4.1 setup on mandrake 10.1. I just got syslog on my server to receive log messages from my workstations, following suggestions I found at http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/Mandrake. I find however that the start-up messages shown on the workstation screen don't get sent to the server. I find the /var/log and /tmp/var/log directories are empty.
