Great! Exactly what i wanted. I'm trying to migrate a couple of supermarket's to linux. The people around here are very skeptical about it, though i have the main server for this specific aplication under dosemu with incredible performance running at about two years. The rest of my work team is linux-ignorant. That is the main problem. I seek a solution that simply doens't give ANY trouble after the initial tweaking so that i can go on vacation without beying interrupted by some cataclism...like someone loosing a printer and can't get it back...
Is this the case? Does ltsp have enough stability? By the way, i mainly use debian sarge but that is not a problem if i must some newer code or something more recent. What do you think? To specify a printer for a particular user, I setup a ~/.dosemurc file for the user, in which I include the printer.
