I work at a small school in the UK and Iv'e been having problems getting
the above cards to boot.

I've programmed some TS27C256Q with the correct zrom from rom-o-matic
place the rom in the card and nothing, bios skips it and just asks for
bootable media, yes the bois is set to boot from network.

I've read somewhere that i have to enable the cards to use the rom, but
can't find the post again.

Anyone know where can i find the utilities to do this and how do i use
them.

i gave up flashing zroms into these cards because its not easy. i bought
some flash-roms and flashed an 3com pxe boot manager with 3com software
into the 3c905x cards. you can place an pxe rom on the server and the
cards gets their rom at boot time via network. if you are interested i
can give you detailed informations.
