Claude, Did you take a look at the wiki article on NFS?
http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/NFS Near the end, it shows that you need to add: MOPTS=nolock,ro,wsize=2048,rsize=2048 to your kernel cmdline. That would be the 'append' line in your pxelinux.cfg/default file.
