[Ltsp-discuss] Session shadowing

After some pretty extensive research, I am still trying to find out if there is a way to control a LTSP client remotely; you can then assist a user from tech support.   Does LTSP include anything that addresses this, or is there any known way to do this using some other program with LTSP?   Any info would be VERY appreciated.   Thanks in advance   Ludovic Pepin
