Jim,

I do have the workstations listed in /etc/hosts. I can't do an ifconfig
-a today, as I just left the servers several hours away and will be back
to them next week, but I can tell you all the network settings:

eth0 10.2.2.254 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway none
eth1 192.168.2.2 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.2.1
dhcp server version 3 running on eth0 only, offering ip addresses in the
range 10.2.2.50-10.2.2.100

routes are normal,

10.2.2.0 goes to 0.0.0.0 on eth0
0.0.0.0 goes to 192.168.2.1 on eth1

loopback address is configured and normal.
