Blank screens can result from variety of reasons. Blank as in gray
screen with a cross or blank as totally blank? Is this after initial
boot and pivot lines of text flash across or nothing happens?

It will also help immensly if you post in line or bottom post. To
reply to your post I had to snip out everything Jim and other had said
which was below you top posting.
