You need to enable XDMCP. Please see

This looks like Etherboot. Did you get the floppy with the right driver
for the network card inside that machine? Etherboot does not seem to
think so... If in doubt, boot from some live CD like Knoppix and do
lspci -n
to see the PCI ID of the network card (it's the "class 0200" device
usually). Select the matching network card from the dropdown list of
www.romomatic.net and make a new floppy.
