The new Internet overheads the terminals with graphics motions, then may be 
you need to make a lot of networks, it means you should put 3 more extra Lan 
Cards and for each card handle only 10 terminals.

If you can use 1GB LAN, wich kind of terminals you have?
100MB is enough if you split the server access in 4 lan cards.
