I really recommend that you stick with a 2.4.26 kernel for whatever you are doing. the 2.6.9 kernel still has some issues in ltsp. I'm working on a 2.6.13 kernel, which will likely be the next official LTSP kernel. Don't expect that for several weeks yet.
