Verner, I'm sorry if you having a problem entering your city, but you have to keep in mind that the Frappr site is in BETA, and they are working out all kinds of issues.
You can easily add Copenhagen as a city by clicking that very 'Not in US' link that you seem to have a dislike for. And, if you need to email the Frappr folks, just click on the 'About Us' link at the bottom of the page, and you'll see a link to contact them. Certainly no need to get all grumpy on the mailing list.
