In this case the specific user couldn't start soffice anymore. I solved this by teaching them (it where just 2 of 30 users) to cleanly close soffice before logout. Since more then one year it didn't happen anymore. Maybe it's because a never version of soffice (openoffice.org-1.1.4 now) but I don't know. Anyway closing cleanly helped a lot.
