I solved the problem
Thank you guys, specialy Henrique Haas for the help :-)

What I was missing was modprobe parport_pc on rc.sysinit.
Strange thing is that on another site, we already had another ltsp server
(same version) without this line on rc.sysinit and the printer was working
fine!!!
