That looks pretty much like Etherboot. If you load that from a floppy,
try replacing the floppy (or just another version of Etherboot). Somehow
the DHCP data seems to be misinterpreted, which needs some mending.

Alternatively you could re-enable the onboard PXE code, which might work
as well. Although I of course prefer Etherboot ;-)
