ltspfs is just a network file export with X11 authentication. It exports the /tmp/drives on the client side. If you can hack the rc script for mounting your local ide on /tmp/drives/localide then it's ok (it is perhaps already included though). So that shouldn't be an issue. Go for 4.2.
