I put together a wireless boot CD for LTSP 4.1, and I see no reason I couldn't do it for LTSP 4.2. It loaded the kernel and initrd from the CD, skipping the first DHCP and tftp steps. If you're interested, let me know and I'll see what I can put together. If you wanted to put forth the effort from there, it should in theory be possible too boot from the hard drive(using lilo or some such) and not have to worry about CDs
