Sorry my mistake, I have used the ubuntu one, but while compiling my post I seem to inadvertently copied the wrong link into the text. The one thing we are doing is testing on a self complied kernel with these wyse terms. So my job for today is to get two of our old dells optiplexes to boot from a textbook install of ltsp 4.2 on ubuntu dapper using instructions to the letter on the website. Thus replicating your setup...right? Logic has it that If we have any problems here then the problem must lie in the difference between your install and our install right? my problem is knowing how to get you the information needed to tell the difference and find that fault. -- Kind regards Alistair Crust Systems Administrator Skegness Grammar School Vernon Road Skegness PE25 2QS TEL: 01754 610000 (ext'852) FAX: 01754 896875 _____________________________________________________________________ Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
