In the name of admins, programmers and users who don't live in an
English speaking country, I would like to remind everyone else how
problematic this can be.
The English speaking world produces lots of software and questions
like codepageing seem to be often overlooked.
Even so. I'd much prefer to write like Çüñà¡¿ than to use Windows!
