Anyone have experience with usb eely/elotouch screens?

Running LTSP-4.2-up2
touch screen devices appears to be /dev/usb/hiddev0
Also see things like hiddev96 during boot
If I do a 'cat /proc/sys/bus/usb/devices' its there, not handlers though....
tried to specify that it was on /dev/ttyS0 and S1 for the heck of it.  no luck.
when i specify that its /dev/usb/hiddev0 in the touch section of lts.conf, it doesn't work
However, when I specify that the mouse device is /dev/usb/hiddev0 the mouse pointer will at least jump around the screen...  I keep going in circles back to the same doc pages which don't really help.

If anyone's got a suggestion, please let me know!
