I have two HP t5500 thin clients that I use with LTSP (actually, they might be 
t5505 models, I forget).  They are 733Mhz Transmeta processors with 128MB.  
They work great.  I picked them up at different times from two different 
vendors for about $130 each.  Try looking on HP's site for refurbished 
equipment (sorry, I don't have the URL handy).  You'll find new overstock 
stuff there, not just refurbished equipment.
