I cannot recommend you any subnet<->subnet router with a nice
webinterface, but if you are willing to read up a bit on the subject
(and that took me about 3 hours to get a good overview), using a WRT-54
device (specifically, the Asus 500 deluxe seems to be the best one among
the compatibles. I bought one @ 70€) with the OpenWRT distribution
offers a lot. You can easily make it a router, with up to four networks
interconnected (+WLAN), or even have a 3port hub and a single ethernet
port for the other network - the internal switch can be
software-rewired. www.openwrt.org will probably contain enough
information.

The advantages of those devices:
- running Linux
- cheap
- small power consumption (iirc 12W max)
- small form factor
- versatile options with the software-switch
- and they can even serve as a USB printer server and
USB-external-harddrive NAS (admittedly low-performance) at the same
time ;-)

Disadvantages:
- more complicated to configure than typical DLink home dsl router
- you void your warranty by running a non-vendor-approved firmware

If you find something cheap but more to your needs I would luckily read
about your device of choice - I will have to setup a few subnet2subnet
routers over the next months and planned to go with OpenWRT for now. I
am ready to be taught better!

Cheers
Anselm
