Weird - some file is downloaded, but your /tftpboot is empty?

Please do exactly type the following and attach the resulting
filelist...

ls -laR /tftpboot 2>&1 > filelist.txt

Also, finding out which options are set for TFTP would be interesting:

netstat -lnp|grep :69 > output1.txt
grep tftp /etc/inetd.conf > output2.txt

(well, you get the idea of using the ">" thing, right? :-)

Last but not least, could you tell us which version of Etherboot you run
and where you got that from (i.e. any special options set?)

In principle the kernel filename looks OK, so let's find out why it does
not work!
