No, by default, LTSP assumes that the mouse uses the 'PS/2' protocol. The scroll mouse would be 'IMPS/2'. If you change the setting to 'Auto', then it should automatically detect it. I really should change the default to be 'Auto', so then it really would work properly *most* of the time.
