You can install a boot loader on the flash that will allow you to have
the station netboot as a LTSP thin client, see
 http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/BootingFromHarddrive

If you want the machine to boot from it's hdd and not acting like a
LTSP client then you are better off installing a linux distro on that
machine.
