Well, it can be made to work, but there's a few caveats:

1) You have you store the home directories on the Linux server, and
2) You have to export them via samba.

If you add "user_allow_other" to your /etc/fuse.conf file, and add the
option "-o allow_root" to the ltspfs mount in the lbus_event_handler.sh
script, it should work.

I have not permanently added these to the packages, because:

1) I don't have a windows server to test reliably against.
2) It lessens the security of the ltspfs mounts slightly, and
3) It's not something I need. :)

Hopefully this should be enough to get you going.
