I just want to second that... One of my current clients is a 133mhz,
64MB RAM  and a 2MB RAM video card in one of the 3 PCI slots, and a old
SB in the ISA slot. Also has a PS/2 for mouse (or serial).  

Works well for everything EXECT games like FrozenBubble.  Card games,
and the old "X" games all work well.  Firefox, AbiWord, Thunderbird,
etc. all work just as well as they do on my fastest client (a 500mhz
with 4Ram video and 192 RAM)  

The funniest thing is this box has the best and most consistant sound. 
My other two clients can be flaky with sound.
