I'm trying to set up a ltsp server (350 MHz Pentium-II, Debian Etch). I did a network installation of Debian over eth0 (192.168.1.88).
I would like to have two ethernet cards in the server: one connected to a DSL modem, and the other connected to a thin client, unless there is an easier or better way to do this. I added a second ethernet card, which Debian recognizes as "eth1_temp"; but Debian has not assigned an address to the card. When I run "ltspcfg" and try to select the interface for the thin client, only eth0 is displayed. I searched the ltsp mail archives back through May, but I found no discussion of configuration of a server with two network cards.
