Compiling of ltspfs is not necessary. You just need a fuse > 2.5 and a
few other devel libs (to compile fuse). Since fuse containts a kernel
module, you'll need your kernel sources corresponding to your kernel. If
you installed fuse2.3, don't forget to uninstall it.
Since ltspfs uses a few other concepts that may or may not be currently
working on your setup (especially if it is your first ltspfs install), I
advise you to test you fuse installation with another fuse filesystem
like sshfs.
Once you have fuse installed be carefull that install scripts directory
defaults to /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/lib. Lbus scripts do not look
at those place and mounting will fail miserably when inserting a key.
Change the target directory in the make file or just copy those files
and libs to /usr/bin and /usr/lib.

Alternatively, you may install a mdv2007 which include fuse>2.5 (which
is way easier :-)

Also I don't think that the X11::Protocol is available, so you'll have
to get it from CPAN (just go the SuSE way on the wiki), and add the line
in the xinit script just like the SuSE paragraph.

cheers,

Denis
