I have ubuntu edgy installed . All is good
i have thincleint attatched with dot matrix paraller ports and laser printer
on usb ports
i have configured
hosts file and ecery thin client hostname has a particular ip old ltsp4.2
method
dhcp is assigning statis ip on those thinclients and alos have entry for
that hostname in lts.conf file
[ws059]
PRINTER_0_TYPE = P
PRINTER_0_DEVICE = /dev/lp0
PRINTER_0_PORT = 9100
PRINTER_0_WRITE_ONLY = Y
i have configured on server with gname prinetr manager as jet direct on that
thinclient ip
seems not working
any idea
am stuck and seriouly thinking to move from edgy
