To keep that in history;

Apparently the PXE boot in some cases ignore the vga=normal (or 
vga=0f00) parameter in pxelinux.cfg/default (at dhcpd.conf option 129 
that works fine);

The solution for my case was recompile the LTSP kernel ripping off the 
Device Drivers / Graphics Support / Support for Frame Buffer Device.
