well how you get put in the ABNT layout with the xkbdisable on??
I don't undestood very well what you said ...but to my when the option
xkbdisable is "yes"
the keyboard default is us ...us is different of us_int....rigth?? if is
this ...is the same trouble with my keyboards..I don't know how I can change
the layout to the layout that I want...

Are you able to make deadkeys work on us_intl keyboards? I have already
tried everything i can but i can´t write words like ç ã. My ABNT2 keyboards
works just fine.
