Troy,

This problem is caused by using an old (4.1.1) kernel with LTSP-4.2.

We changed the initramfs significantly with LTSP-4.2, and you MUST use
the proper kernel.

The kernel is selected through the 'filename' entry in your dhcpd.conf
file. Just change it to point to the new kernel and restart dhcpd and
you should be good.
