The problem I was having was with the kernel in that I could not get a
working etherboot ltsp  kernel to work properly with ltsp 5.

Why are you pointing me at yet more 4.1 docs?. 4.1 is very old I'm
running 4.2 and I'm trying to get 5 to work.
