Hi, when i activate usb in the bios of my thinclient(vmlinuz-2.6.20.9-ltsp-1) , i have no local devices any longer. could this be an kernel issue of the server(missing drivers?). in /tmp/drives of the ws there are folders for the devices, but they are empty.
when i boot this thin-client and log on to another ltsp-ts, usb is working. log of non-working constellation: -------- Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usbcore: registered new interface driver usbfs Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usbcore: registered new interface driver hub Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usbcore: registered new device driver usb Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: USB Universal Host Controller Interface driver v3.0 Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:07.2[D] -> Link [LNKD] -> GSI 10 (level, low) -> IRQ 10 Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: uhci_hcd 0000:00:07.2: UHCI Host Controller Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: uhci_hcd 0000:00:07.2: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 1 Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: uhci_hcd 0000:00:07.2: irq 10, io base 0x0000e400 Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usb usb1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: hub 1-0:1.0: USB hub found Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: hub 1-0:1.0: 2 ports detected Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: ohci_hcd: 2006 August 04 USB 1.1 'Open' Host Controller (OHCI) Driver (PCI) Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 2 Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usb 1-1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usbcore: registered new interface driver usbmouse Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: drivers/usb/input/usbmouse.c: v1.6:USB HID Boot Protocol mouse driver Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usbcore: registered new interface driver usbkbd Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: drivers/usb/input/usbkbd.c: :USB HID Boot Protocol keyboard driver Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: usbcore: registered new interface driver usblp Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: drivers/usb/class/usblp.c: v0.13: USB Printer Device Class driver Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: Uniform Multi-Platform E-IDE driver Revision: 7.00alpha2 Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: ide: Assuming 33MHz system bus speed for PIO modes; override with idebus=xx Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: SCSI subsystem initialized Jun 30 11:45:44 ws008 root: Initializing USB Mass Storage driver...
