Try the same thing. (X_USBMOUSE_DEVICE = "/dev/null")

The issue is that the xorg.conf file on the client that is generated,
produces 2 entries by default for mice, and USB defaults
to /dev/input/mice.  Well, in the 2.6 kernel, /dev/psaux
and /dev/input/mice become the same device, in effect, and so you have 2
mouse events generated every time the mouse moves.  By setting
X_USMOUSE_DEVICE = "/dev/null", you are, in effect, removing the second
mouse declaration, and should be back to normal mouse movement.
