Is there some real reason for LTSP 4.2?

I have used LTSP 4.2 for years in here Finland and now I keep telling to
everyone:

"Don't start with LTSP 4.2, start with LTSP 5. Period."

If it is question about distro just change to Debian/Ubuntu/Edubuntu -
it is Linux after all.
