My test environment: Server is Edubuntu 7.10 x86_64 (Intel Core Duo 2, 2GB RAM). Client is old PC (P4, i845G, 256MB RAM). ppracer worked on that client. It did has some warnings/errors, but I was able to run the race anyway.
