My guess is the problem is with the DHCP setup. What is the "filename" set to in your dhcp.conf file? I believe it should be: "filename "/ltsp/i386/pxelinux.0"; if you built an i386 chroot. and you should have /ltsp/i386/pxelinux.0 in your TFTPBoot directory (/var/lib/tftpboot). If not, use the ltsp-update-kernels command.
