Hello Verner Kjærsgaard:

if you are adding the repository with yast the server is
http://download.opensuse.org
and the path is:
repositories/server:ltsp/openSUSE_10.3

you may add it also by typing (1 line):

zypper ar http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:ltsp/openSUSE_10.3
ltsp

additionally you need:

zypper ar
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Tools/openSUSE_10.3 tools

Than you can install kiwi-desc-ltsp with yast or just by typing:

zypper in kiwi-desc-ltsp

Than you can continue with step 2 of CyberOrg's instruction:

>2. Edit /etc/sysconfig/kiwi-ltsp either using your prefered text
> editor or GUI YaST2 -> /etc/sysconfig -> Kiwi-ltsp
>
> 3. Once the installation source path and the IP addresses are entered
> correctly, run the following as root in shell:
>
> kiwi-ltsp-setup -s

Unfortunately I have problems with step 3, but I had successfully setup an
earlier Version of kiwi-ltsp on another machine.
