the majority of the options you set would be autodetected and are not
necessary to be set.
the mouse parameters are all defaults, setting them wont gain you
anything...
setting XSERVER to auto (the default) just adds an extra slowing down
loop in the booting (like all defaults you explicitly did set in your
lts.conf)
SCREEN_01 is reserved for upstart, you cant use it ...
using startx at all is highly discouraged use LDM_DIRECTX=true if you
want something XDMCP alike.

delete your lts.conf and everything will be fine, in ltsp5 your should
really only use lts.conf to override the autodetection or to work around
bugs (which should be fixed in next release then)
