If it is a serial mouse, this would be a serial port, such as /dev/ttyS0 
or /dev/ttyS1
A typical value for a serial mouse is 50 and a typical value for a PS/2 
mouse is 400.
For serial mice, this defines the baud rate. The default value is 1200.
