Any particular distro?  Presumably you were intending to install LTSP5 - in 
which case you're probably looking at Debian or Ubuntu, although I think 
others are catching up.

If you feel this is beyond your level of knowledge, you could consider 
Edubuntu which is pre-packaged; albeit with academic resources.
