Yes Did you install ltsp with ubuntu 8.04 after the final release just some days ago? Let me describe the installation I performed independently on 2 different machines, both amd64: media: ubuntu 8.04 alternate cd (with option F4: Install LTSP-Server) Both machines are behind a proxy. I set the proxy ip:port, packages can be installed from the internet. As I mentioned in the other branch of this thread the Installation of ltsp-client-core failed because the file /etc/ltsp_chroot is missed. After touch /etc/ltsp_chroot the package can be installed and the amd64 client is build properly. (I am not sure if this is a adequate workaround) But ltsp-build-client failes with all options -- Kai Wollweber Integrierte Gesamtschule Eckernförde ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by the 2008 JavaOne(SM) Conference Don't miss this year's exciting event.
