Yes

Did you install ltsp with ubuntu 8.04 after the final release just some days 
ago?

Let me describe the installation I performed independently on 2 different 
machines, both amd64:
media: ubuntu 8.04 alternate cd (with option F4: Install LTSP-Server)
Both machines are behind a proxy. I set the proxy ip:port, packages can be 
installed from the internet.
As I mentioned in the other branch of this thread the Installation of 
ltsp-client-core failed because the file /etc/ltsp_chroot is missed.
After touch /etc/ltsp_chroot the package can be installed and the amd64 client 
is build properly. (I am not sure if this is a adequate workaround)

But ltsp-build-client failes with all options
