We put rdesktop on a different virtual console, thus, you can switch
between ldm greeter and rdesktop login screen with Ctrl-Alt-Fx. E.g.:

$ grep SCREEN_ /var/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf
     SCREEN_04           = ldm
     SCREEN_05          = rdesktop

The rdesktop script in ${ltsp_chroot}/usr/lib/ltsp/screen.d is from
LTSP4.2... A known draw-back is that only ldm can use the sound hw.

The wanted linux session manager can be chosen from ldm, AFAIK.
