Yast2 -> /etc/sysconfig editor -> System -> KIWI-LTSP > No vmlinuz or initrd > Install kiwi-ltsp-prebuilt as recommended on the wiki. Just run kiwi-ltsp-setup -c after adding IP address, netmask, dhcp range in /etc/sysconfig/kiwi-ltsp either via yast2 /etc/sysconfig editor or any text editor of your choice. Just boot up the client after running kiwi-ltsp-setup -c, no other editing/configuring is required.
