Hello to all LTSP community!

i'm going to use ubuntu 8.04 and ltsp for an HPC cluster. 32 diskless nodes
of intel p4.

i've installed ltsp packages from synaptic :

ltsp-server
ltsp-server-standalone
ltspfs

nodes get boot. but stop on a busybox prompt (initramfs)
here is what i see by alt-f1

Target filesystem doesn't have /sbin/init

also i have noticed there is no nbd-server running on my server and when i
try
to start it  this is the error

/etc/init.d/nbd-server start

** (process:14508): WARNING **: Could not parse config file: Could not open
config file.
** Message: Nothing to do! Bye!
 nbd-server.
------------------------------

also i've attached some file i think maybe usefull.
