Jim, Sorry for effectively driving this entry your way, but I'm curious to know if there is a more efficient/direct way to address this issue. I have used LTSP in my real world for some years now, and am impressed by developments, and all the effort that goes in. I sort of need to have touch operational in 5, but I am not sure if anyone has 'actually' implemented it in an operational environment. It is not clear from the lists, and there appear to be a few of us wandering around in the dark. I don't have that level of expertise to analyse why it's not working, but I would like to know whether it is, or is likely to in the near future. Is there any way I can find out, from closer to the centre? There seems to be a fundamental issue. From very early on in ltsp<=4, touch was working. The current state is not clear. I am happy to contribute where my expertise/experience allows but this area is terribly grey at the moment. Many thanks for your time Tom
