Keith a differant perspective, but I have been trying to solve the same problem and it's VeryHard, so lots of workaround have been mentioned. BASICALLY you need to open port 6000 and allow X ie xhost or xauth options. What I'd like to do is use ssh ie the way ldm's greeter writes onto a foreign display, but I do not understand howto yet I'll cross post to the developer list to see if anybody can point me in the right direction James ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _____________________________________________________________________ Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
